Q: Do we need to sign a contract?

A: A contract is drawn up between customer and contractor.

Q: What if I want to change or make an upgrade during the building process?

A: If the customer feels the need to make a change we will discuss what is required and make a change order which will be signed by both parties to acknowledge any additional cost.

Q: How long will a project take?

A: That depends, of course, on the complexity and size of the project. Re-doing a bathroom could take two weeks. Expanding a kitchen, adding on a family room and a second-floor master bedroom, and building a new bathroom and deck could take 2-3 months or more. We can say that our goal is to complete the project as quickly as possible and we have the  skills to make it happen.
